* In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in hotel of similar standard• The package is quoted on no per person requested
• We try to provide you all possible sightseeing**, if cab is not allowed in some places you have to go yourself.
• Taxi will stop at bus parking during sightseeing
• No refund of unutilised services
• Railway tickets are subjected to availability**
• Any damage to hotel property/vehicle should be worn by guests directly
• Guest must carry ID card (zerox also) need to submit at time of check in at hotel
• Travelling Guide Holiday Package & Tour reserves all rights to change itinerary at any point due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems
• Early check in and late checkout subjected to availability with extra charges
• Hotel check-in time 12:00 PM / Check out tine 10:00 AM
• Vehicle is booked on an itinerary basis, not on a disposal basis
• While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dewas, MP
